Glitter Liner a wearable look…. I think so….
I absolutely love my Urban Decay Heavy Metal liner in Midnight Cowboy,£13
I want to wear it all the time but its not a look I personal feel comfortable in every day. Today I added it on to my purple cat eye and I really liked it… I hope you do to.
After using Becca’s Sheer foundation and Mac Select concealer I applied bronzer below the cheek bones and highlighter to the tops and middle of the nose.
I used Bobbi Brown Bone Eye Shadow,£15.50 all over my lid this a great cream shadow as it corrects any discolorations and creates a smooth even natural base.
I then applied purple eyeliner by Soap and Glory,£5 to my waterlines and the to lash lines and flicked out at outer corner to create a cat eye. I have green eyes so used purple but you could use any colour you like… green for brown eyes or bronze or coral for blue eyes.
I let this dry and then went over the top with Mac Fuildline in Marcoviolet, £16 this isn’t as intense in colour as I would have liked but with the bright Soap and Glory liner it is nice for day time.
It doesn’t look as bright on or in the pot as it does on their promotional shots like above which is really disappointing… I also got mine from the Mac counter in William and Griffen in Colchester as the sales girl was wearing what she said was this and it was beautiful so bright I know am wondering if it really was this product or possibly another one hey ho ill check better next time I’ve still used it a lot anyways.
Once this had dried I applied Avon SuperShock mascara to top and bottom lashes and let this dry too. Then for the GILTTER….. woop woop…I applied the Gillter liner to the top inner corner and swooped over to outer I the added more to the inner corner to thicken this and then on the bottom lash line from inner corner 1/3 way in.
I finished off with a nude liner and gloss. Here’s the look (I don’t think the photos do this justice and am not very photogenic but hopefully you”ll get the idea and give it ago.
