Kickstart your skin…

Here’s a basic routine to get you on the road to a beautiful clear glowing complexion.
Yes you need to cleanse you face in the morning to remove sweat and prep skin for your makeup. If you’ve done a good job the evening before this should be quick and easy.

*wash with a non foaming cleanser… They are drying on the skin (genrally contain Sulphates see what to avoid )

I like a clay cleanser as am prone to breakouts am currently using Ren Claming Clay Cleanser and very much in love with it.
You could use an oil cleanser or cream cleanser if you have dry/normal skin.
If your sensitive try an Aloe Vera based cleanser or my redness reduceing face Dr Weil Mega Mushroom cream cleanser love that for an emergency acne attack or red reaction.
The Sanctuary Spa do a oil cleanser this is great for your 1st evening cleanse too to remove make up.

Do as above but remove makeup first with a Cleansing Balm. The beeswax content sticks to makeup removing it easily.

Am using Elemis Cleansing Balm. It smells lovely removes my eye makeup and leaves skin soft and clean. It can also be used as a 10 minute mask.

Others which I like are Lush Ultrabland great for problematic skin. (I used this to clear my last cystic ance break out!)

Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm is a cult product which smells incredible and leaves skin looking and feeling, soft and radiant. Good for all skin types but hard at times to get hold of.
